At Franco Journeys, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products for all your adventures. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
We accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product if possible. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received. Refunds are issued through the same method as your payment — since we operate only with cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be arranged accordingly through our customer support.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, such as used products, items without original packaging, and products damaged due to improper use.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
